The TWD 55,000 APT Taipei 2026 Main Event returns today for its penultimate day inside the Red Space Arena in Taipei, where just 46 players remain in the hunt for the title. Cards go in the air at 11:15 a.m. local time, with the plan for the day to play down to the final table.

China’s Ren Lin leads the way after bagging up 5,275,000 at the end of Day 3, continuing what has been a massive APT heater over the last few months. Lin is fresh off victories in the Super High Roller and Superstar Challenge at the APT Jeju Classic, and now has a chance to add his first APT Main Event title to the list.

Hot on his heels is Thailand’s Pakinai Lisawad with 4,750,000, while Hong Kong’s Chun Yu Ma sits third with 4,670,000. With the final table now within touching distance and a TWD 16,640,100 (~USD 533,340) top prize waiting for the eventual champion, Day 4 should bring plenty of movement from the first shuffle.

Several familiar faces are still in the mix, including APT all-time money leader Joseph Cheong (2,010,000), who is hunting for his sixth APT title. Ari Engel also returns with 1,000,000, while Australia’s Josh McCully is still alive with 1,540,000 and looking for a fifth APT title of his own.

Play resumes with 38 minutes remaining on Level 27, where blinds are 25,000/50,000 with a 50,000 big blind ante. All remaining players have already locked up at least TWD 285,500 (~USD 9,150), but the real target is a seat at the final table and a shot at the richest prize still available.

Before cards get in the air, the final draw for an APT Championship Main Event seat will also take place.
