INCHEON, SOUTH KOREA, AUGUST 9, 2025– One of the most popular multi-flight tournaments on the schedule,, Event #83: Double Stack delivered its trademark mix of deep stacks and accessible buy-in over three starting flights.

It was an all-Japanese affair at the top of the Flight A leaderboard, with all three players eyeing career-best results if they can close this one out. Hideyuki Yoshioka emerged as the flight’s chip leader with 1,610,000 chips, looking to convert his third cash of the series into a maiden APT title.

The biggest stack across all three flights belongs to Kota Suzuki from Japan, who topped Flight B with 1,720,000 chips. Despite having no previous live cashes, Suzuki’s commanding stack puts him in pole position heading into the Final Day.

In second for the flight is fellow compatriot Akihito Mori on 1,570,000 chips, a player with mixed results in previous APT appearances but now well-positioned to claim his first title. Rounding out the Flight B top three is Changyu Zhai of China, who bagged 1,085,000 chips.
