Hijack Rishi Mehra's A Q was up against cutoff Keisuke Tateda's A K , all-in and at risk for his last ~1,400,000 chips. He found no help on the 8 3 T flop, with the Singaporean out of his seat as the 2 7 turn and river cards were peeled off.

Bounty Hauls So Far

posted by Callum

Level 27: Blinds 30K / 60K - Ante 60K

Sin Bounty Sin Lan Chen

A total of TWD 3,130,000 (~USD 100,321) worth of bounties have been pulled so far. Sin Lan Chen is the biggest winner — a somewhat fitting result given her bad beat earlier in the day. She's collected TWD 700,000 (~USD 22,436) in bounties, plus a cash of TWD 37,700 (~USD 1,208), bringing her total score to TWD 737,700 (~USD 23,644). Other big bounty hauls include Hao Shen with TWD 600,000 (~USD 19,231) and Robert Kiss with TWD 340,000 (~USD 10,897).

Nice Boost with Ng's Nines

Level 26: Blinds 25K / 50K - Ante 50K

Wai Kin Ng moved all in for 600,000 and small blind Oliwer Sankiewicz shoved behind.

Wai Kin Ng: 9 9

Oliwer Sankiewicz: A K

Ng was out of his seat and recording the runout, with the 6 3 4 flop keeping his nines ahead. The 9 turn was a welcome sight, locking up the double before the 3 river completed the board.

Heon Fades the Flush

posted by Callum

Level 26: Blinds 25K / 50K - Ante 50K

After raising from early position, Chun Yiu Lee called Yubin Heon's three-bet shove for 560,000 from a couple of seats over.

Yubin Heon: A K

Chun Yiu Lee: 8 7

It was a tantalising flop for both players as the dealer fanned 3 K 2 . Heon had top pair but was vulnerable to any spade, and the 8 turn gave Lee further opportunity to score the knockout. Fortunately for the short stack, the 6 river bricked, and his pair of kings gave Heon the pot, leaving Lee short and nursing less than 10 big blinds.

The Hammer Falls To A Flush

Robert Nemeskeri-Kiss.jpg Robert Nemeskeri-Kiss

We ran into Robert "The Hammer" Nemeskeri-Kiss in the bounty line, where he just finished pulling out his bounty envelopes.

According to him, he was involved in a three-way all in against two players - with ace-jack, and one with ace-five. Nemeskeri-Kiss held ace-king.

The board threw in 4 diamonds. Nemeskeri-Kiss had the king of diamonds, but the unlikely winner was the one who held ace-five, with his ace diamond giving the nut flush.

Nemeskeri-Kiss also explained that had he won, he would've been the overall chip leader, but instead had to settle for a 46th place finish, earning TWD 46,000 for the effort. However, it wasn't all too bad since The Hammer took down 340,000 worth of mystery bounties for a total haul of 386,000.

Good job!

Cutoff Justin Tsui was all in and at risk against big blind Chun Yiu Lee, who had his eye on adding another bounty to his collection.

Justin Tsui: Q Q

Chun Yiu Lee: 9 9

Tsui's ladies remained firmly ahead throughout the 2 A K 7 flop and turn, improving to a set on the Q river for good measure.

Sankiewicz Flips Bullets to Leave Hsiao with One Chip

posted by Callum

Level 24: Blinds 15K / 30K - Ante 30K

Oliwer Sankiewicz.jpg Oliwer Sankiewicz

Oliwer Sankiewicz raised to 60,000 from the hijack and was called by cutoff Fong Tat Hsiao and big blind Motokatsu Uhara.

The 7 K J flop saw Uhara and Sankiewicz check before Hsiao bet 75,000. Uhara called and Sankiewicz check-raised to 375,000. Hsiao then shoved, Uhara folded and Sankiewicz snapped it off. Hsiao tabled A 3 for the nut flush draw, but looked a little sombre as Sankiewicz flipped over bullets, A A .

No club arrived on the 7 Q runout, and after an extensive count from the dealer, it was determined that Hsiao had covered Sankiewicz by just one chip, a single blue 5,000.
