The following are the rules ("Rules") of the "Asian Poker Tour YouTube Subscribe Contest - APT Jeju 2026" (the "Promotion"), as organized by the operator ("Asian Poker Tour" / "APT" / "we" / "our" / "us") of the internet site found at www.APT.poker.

Any entrant ("Entrant" / "you" / "your") who wishes to participate in the Promotion agrees to these Rules and the Asian Poker Tour (APT) Terms and Conditions, and agrees to be unconditionally bound by the same in order to participate in this Promotion.

1. Details of Promotion

This Promotion is associated with APT Jeju 2026.

The Promotion will run from the date of announcement until the conclusion of the APT Incheon 2026 livestream on August 16, 2026, unless otherwise amended or extended by APT at its sole discretion.

To take part in the Promotion during the Duration, Entrants must subscribe to the official Asian Poker Tour YouTube channel and comment "Lion Hunting" on any official APT YouTube video.

Comments must be visible and verifiable by APT. Deleted comments, hidden comments, spam comments, duplicate comments, comments on unofficial channels, or comments that cannot be reasonably verified by APT may be deemed ineligible.

Entrants may comment on multiple APT YouTube videos, provided their participation remains genuine and complies with these Rules. Spam, bot activity, or substantially repetitive activity may be disqualified at APT's sole discretion.

2. Prize Description and Restrictions

One winner will receive USD 1,000 in APT tournament credits to use at APT Jeju 2026.

APT Jeju 2026 is scheduled to begin on September 25, 2026.

The prize may only be used as APT tournament credits at APT Jeju 2026 and may not be exchanged for cash, assigned, transferred, sold, or used for any other event unless otherwise approved in writing by APT.

The winner is responsible for all additional costs not expressly included in the prize, including but not limited to travel, lodging, visas, travel documents, insurance, meals, local transport, taxes, duties, and personal expenses.

APT reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. Winner Selection and Announcement

The winner may be selected by random draw, judging, or another selection method determined by APT at its sole discretion from eligible entries received during the Promotion.

APT's decision regarding winner selection, eligibility, verification, and prize awarding is final and binding.

The winner will be announced following the conclusion of the APT Incheon 2026 livestream on August 16, 2026, through APT's official channels and/or contacted directly by APT.

If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the period specified by APT, cannot verify eligibility, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, APT reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

4. Eligibility

Entrants must be 21 years of age or of the applicable legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

Entrants may be asked at any stage to provide APT or its designated third party with proof of age, identity, and eligibility. Entrants must be able to present a valid passport or other valid government-issued photo ID to verify their age and identity to the reasonable satisfaction of APT.

Employees and relatives of employees of Asian Poker Tour and any entities affiliated or related to Asian Poker Tour, as well as third-party contractors, partners, suppliers, and agencies involved in the Promotion, are not permitted to participate. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling.

Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. No prize will be awarded to any Entrant who, for any reason, would not be allowed by applicable law to receive and/or use the prize.

5. Entry Requirements and Conduct

Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, obscene, illegal, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.

By entering, Entrants grant APT a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to repost, share, publish, display, edit, adapt, and use their entry, name, YouTube handle, likeness, and submitted content for marketing, livestream, website, social media, promotional, and related purposes without additional compensation.

APT reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Rules or that APT considers unsuitable at its sole discretion.

If APT becomes aware of any fraud, deceit, misconduct, dishonesty, manipulation, artificial engagement, purchased engagement, bot activity, or similar action concerning participation in the Promotion, APT reserves the absolute right to disqualify the Entrant or invalidate the entry.

Entrants must not submit entries through fake accounts, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to participate.

6. Claiming the Prize

The winner must provide all information reasonably required by APT to verify eligibility and arrange the prize.

Failure to provide accurate information, complete verification, or respond within the claim period specified by APT may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

The prize must be used for APT Jeju 2026, unless otherwise approved in writing by APT.

The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, charges, or reporting obligations that may arise from receiving or using the prize.

7. Health, Safety, and Travel

The winner must comply with all health, safety, venue, event, and tournament rules and instructions issued by APT, venue operators, or any applicable authority.

The winner must take all reasonable steps to ensure their own health and safety when travelling to or participating in APT Jeju 2026.

APT does not guarantee visa approval or travel eligibility. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they are legally able to travel to and participate in APT Jeju 2026.

8. Limitations of Liability

By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Asian Poker Tour, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any costs, expenses, damages, losses, claims, actions, or proceedings arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

APT is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, unavailable comments, deleted comments, platform outages, errors, omissions, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

APT shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under the Promotion where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

9. Data Collection and Privacy

APT may collect and process personal data provided by Entrants or otherwise necessary for verification, winner selection, prize fulfilment, and promotional administration.

Personal data will be handled in accordance with APT's Privacy Policy.

By participating, Entrants acknowledge that their name, YouTube handle, submitted content, and entry may be publicly displayed or used for promotional purposes in accordance with these Rules.

10. Miscellaneous

In case of disputes or disagreements concerning any aspect of this Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility, entries, winner selection, prize awarding, these Rules, or any applicable terms, the final decision shall lie with APT and shall be final and binding.

APT reserves the right, at any time, to alter these Rules, cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion without prior notice if, in its sole discretion, APT believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.

Any changes to the Promotion shall be made available through APT's official channels or contest materials where practicable. Continued participation in the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of any changes.
