Satellite to APT High Roller (Win Your Seat @ 105,000) - 1 Seat GTD

Mechanics:

• Must have 4 players to start, Satellite is subject to cancellation after 2 hours of the scheduled starting time.

• Seat is non-transferable and can't be converted to cash.

• Seat must be played on specified flight.

• Accumulate 105,000 or more in chips to win your Main Event seat.

• A player can only win 1 seat.

• Only 105,000 in chips will be removed from play when a Main Event seat is awarded and extra chips will be redistributed to remaining players at the table.

• Once the last seat has been awarded, the levels will be reduced to 10 minutes if a cash prize is to be awarded.

• Players are allowed to forfeit their stack before the close of registration in order to re-enter.

• Event will drop down to 8 handed 1 table off the money. (APT reserves to the right to start this event 8 handed)

• Shot clocks are introduced at the start.

• Players will initially receive 3 time banks and will reset to 3 time banks at the Final Table.

• Big Blind Ante - Ante is paid before the Big Blind.

• Guarantee subject to Force Majeure including not limited to, Earthquake, Flood, Typhoon, Epidemic, and etc.
