The board showed 3 2 J K

Ho checked his option on the turn to Xie, who jammed all in for 34,600.

Ho used up three time bank tokens, looked at the board and back at Xie, took a peek at his cards, wondered what animals wandered the hills and forests of Jeju, then decided to toss a chip to make a call.

Yi Chang Ho: Q Q

Kulei Xie: A A

Ho had that look of disappointment and already knew that the river wouldn't throw him a lifeline.

The dealer sealed the win for Xie, peeling a 4 to end the hand and ship the chips Xie's way along with a double-up.
