Yu Xian Wu opened to 1,200 from middle position and Chien Hung Chi bumped it up to 2,600 from the cutoff. Wu called, and the pair looked to the board.

The dealer fanned the J 4 7 flop and Wu checked. Chi bet 2,500 and Wu called.

The 9 was turned and Wu made another quick check. Chi moved 6,500 chips across the line, and Wu responded with a 35,000 raise. It didn't take long for Chi to muck his hand, and he suffered a significant drop in chips, sitting back with 12,500.

Joseph Cheong

Joseph Cheong raised to 1,400 from early position and found calls from Yi Chun Liu in the small blind and Jung Jinwoo in the big blind.

It was checked to Cheong on the 8 3 K flop and he continued for 3,200. Liu folded, and Jinwoo made the call.

The dealer peeled off the 8 as the turn, and Jinwoo checked it again to Cheong who bet out for 7,000. Jinwoo didn't take long to release his cards, and Cheong was pushed the pot.

Yu Xian Wu opened to 1,200 from the hijack and Jari Laros called from the cutoff. Liang Sheng Lee defended the big blind and the players went three-ways to the 8 Q 7 flop.

Wu checked, Laros bet 1,400 and Lee was the only caller.

A A turn was checked by both to get to a 4 river. Laros check-called a 5,000 bet by Lee, with Lee turning over A T for top pair. Laros mucked and passed the pot to Lee.

Thanapong Chalokool

In some blind on blind action, it was folded to Joris Michl in the small blind who made it 1,800 to play and was looked up by Thanapong Chalokool in the big blind.

The flop came 9 A Q and Michl continued for 1,500 and Chalokool called.

The action went check-check on the A turn for the dealer to flip over the 6 as the river. Michl checked once more and Chalokool bet out for 3,000. MIchl insta-called only to insta-muck on seeing Chalokool table 7 3 for a rivered baby flush.

Heads up to the 8 5 A 4 turn with 7,000 in the pot and Daeyoung Park checked from under the gun to Minjeong Kim in the next seat, who bet out for 4,000.

Park went into the tank and raised all in for 15,500 as he had effectively Kim covered. This sent Kim deep into the tank before she made the call to put her tournament life at risk.

Park had turned the wheel but Kim still had outs. The dealer peeled off the 6 on the river to give Kim her crushing higher straight, and she was pushed the pot for a double up.

In a recent hand, Ka Yu Yeung opened on the button and Siu Ki Leung three-bet to 6,500 from the small blind. Action went back to Yeung who four-bet to 17,500.

Leung went into the tank, using two time banks before giving up his hand.

In the next hand Chansoo Lee limped from under the gun and Ka Yu Yeung called on the button. Siu Ki Leung and Chi Dung Tran also stuck around from the blinds, and the players went four ways to the flop.

The 9 Q 6 flop was checked around quickly to the J turn. The blinds checked quickly, but Lee bet ~2,000, which was enough to scoop the pot.

Gab Yong Kim limped from the small blind and I Chun Chiu checked the big blind.

The 3 J T flop saw Kim check, Chiu bet 500 and Kim raise to 2,000. Chiu called, and the turn came the J .

Kim bet 6,900 and Chiu made another call.

The T river saw Kim use a time bank before moving 12,900 into the middle. Chiu paused and checked his cards before throwing them into the muck.

Alfie Adam

Three-way to the flop of 7 8 T with 16,000 in the pot. Kiyoung Kim led out for 3,200 from the small blind and found calls from Miki Shiraishi in the hijack and Alfie Adam on the button.

The 4 peeled off on the turn and Kim fired out for 5,000 this time and again found two callers, and the players saw the 4 drop on the river.

It was checked around and Kim tabled A K for bottom pair top kicker which was crushed by Shiraishi's 9 9 , and Shiraishi was pushed the pot as Adam mucked his hand.
