Contest Terms and Conditions

Eligibility:

Open to participants aged 18 or older at the time of entry.

Employees of the Asian Poker Tour, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Contest Period:

The contest begins on March 19, 2025, and ends at 11.59 pm (+8GMT) on March 21, 2025.

Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered.

How to Enter:

Participants must complete the required contest entry steps specified on the APT National Cup Daily Giveaway post on Instagram, Facebook or X(Formerly Known as Twitter).

Limit of one entry per person unless otherwise specified.

Entry Requirements:

Entries must be original, relevant to the contest theme, and must not contain any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.

By entering, participants grant the Asian Poker Tour the right to use their submissions in marketing and promotional materials.

Winner Selection:

The winner will be selected by commenting on the correct answer, qualifying them for a lucky draw.

The winner will be notified through a social media announcement after the contest ends.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes and/or, to the extent applicable, all other items that may be given away as part of this Promotion (“Gifts”) are non-transferable and may not be given, assigned, transferred, sold to or exchanged with any other person(s). Failure to claim the Prize and/or Gift may result in us allocating it to a third party.

Winners are not entitled nor authorized in any way to commit Asian Poker Tour to any contract, expense, or cost entered into or incurred without its advance written acceptance of the same.

No Prize or Gift will be awarded to any Entrant who, for any reason, would not be allowed by applicable law to receive and/or use the Prize/Gift or where the supply of the Prize/Gift to that Entrant would be unlawful.

Any Entrant in receipt of a Prize/Gift as part of this Promotion bears sole responsibility for all duties, taxes, or charges that may be payable to any relevant authority in relation to their receipt of the Prize/Gift in accordance with the law.

Prize:

The prize is an APT National Cup Seat at APT Taipei 2025, and it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

One prize will be awarded to one person each day of the 3-day giveaway.

Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.

Claiming the Prize:

The winner must claim his prize within the registration period of the APT National Cup event at APT Taipei 2025. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the prize.

Publicity:

By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Asian Poker Tour to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation

Disqualification:

The Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process.

General Conditions:

The Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.

Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Asian Poker Tour's final and binding decisions.

Liability:

The Asian Poker Tour is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or other issues beyond its control.

By participating, entrants release the Asian Poker Tour from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
