We are seeking a Tournament Director for the Asian Poker Tour. We're looking for someone highly organized and detail-oriented with extensive experience in poker operations, and excellent organizational, decision-making, team-building and interpersonal skills. Someone with the ability and desire to coordinate, manage and lead a festival of over 100 tournaments and 200 staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Organizing and maintaining all poker operations elements involved in festivals.

• Managing and coordinating all staffing for the tournaments team.

• Overseeing game rules, ensuring fair play and resolving disputes.

• Integration and development of security solutions.

• Liaising and coordinating with event operations and registrations.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in poker operations.

• Strong leadership, integrity and attention to detail.

• Adept organizational, time management and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication, customer service and collaboration abilities.

• Skilled within MS Office and Google Suite.

• Strong English speaker required.

• Proficiency in additional languages is encouraged, with a focus on Asian languages.

• Ability to travel to every tournament location which is primarily held in Southeast Asia.
