Wenchao Liu

Wenchao Liu raised to 3,200 from early position and was called by button Rishi Mehra and big blind Gabriel Karlsson.

Karlsson checked the 3 7 Q flop before calling Liu's 6,200 continuation-bet, and Mehra stuck around with a call too.

The A landed on the turn and Karlsson checked once again. Liu also checked, and Mehra took the lead, firing 19,000. Karlsson called before Liu check-shoved for around 42,000.

Mehra called the shove, but Karlsson had plans of his own, moving all in behind with his covering stack. Mehra called it off, and the three players tabled their cards:

Wenchao Liu: K Q

Rishi Mehra: Q 9

Gabriel Karlsson: 3 3

Karlsson had flopped a set, leaving Liu needing the last queen and Mehra hoping for a spade to stay in the game.

The 4 river helped no one but the Swede, who scored a double knockout and a mega boost to his stack.
