With the recent level increase, a number of short stacks felt that little bit shorter.

Action went to Ryan Plant on Table 27 who opened to 20,000 from middle position. Wengang Wang three-bet to 55,000 from the hijack and Korakot Suvarnpridikul moved all in for his last 303,000 from the big blind.

Plant mucked, but Wang made the call only just covering his opponent, putting Suvarnpridikul at risk on the money bubble.

Action was paused, whilst the feature table still had live cards in play, but once the hand was over on the other table, the cards were flipped.

Korakot Suvarnpridikul: 9 9

Wengang Wang: J J

Wang was ahead, and Suvarnpridikul needed to find a nine to improve.

The T 2 Q flop didn't change much but the K turn blocked the nines from being good for Suvarnpridikul, and he was now hunting the jack and jack only for the straight.

The T ended his run in the Baby Zodiac event, sending him home in 32nd place, just missing out on the KRW 2,540,000 (~USD 1,910) minimum cash.
