The eliminations came fast and furious and the tournament directors didn't even have time to play hand-for-hand to announce that the event was nearing the bubble burst. It just happened.

The floor director had to make a roll call of players to check who still had their seats. There wasn't even a big announcement of "Congratulations, you are in the money." It just happened.

With some careful investigation, the Bubble Boy has been revealed and it was none other than South Korea's Jongkwan Lee.

According to reports from APT Jeju 2024 Main Event Champion Abraham Ceesvin - he and Lee were involved in a huge pot where Ceesvin jammed all-in with an open-ended straight draw and Lee called holding a set.

Ceesvin, however, rivered his straight and as he admits, "I got lucky!"

Then, the following hand, with Lee's stack severely crippled, he shoved with A 9 and Ceesvin completed the elimination, winning the flip with pocket sixes.
