There are three remaining players in the field who have successfully made the final day from a satellite ticket.
Vincent Wong
Singapore's Vincent Wong, is among those who made it through, having paid just TWD 6,500 (~USD 200) to play. Wong flopped a royal flush after being re-dealt a card, during yesterday's flight B, which helped him see it through to Day 2. He also saw a stack up with pocket queens, later in the day.
Minjeong Kim
Minjeong Kim is also still in contention, having also won her seat. Kim rocketed into the top of the counts late in the day yesterday after applying the pressure, in a number of key spots. She went from just over an average stack in the final hours of play yesterday, to coming through in the top ten counts.
Kitipong Sirirueangsakul from Thailand is the last remaining satellite winner, he also brought through a playable 174,000 stack having bagged and survived from the Flight B bubble in the last hand of the day.
All three players still in played in yesterday's huge Flight B field. We will be keeping a close eye on their progress throughout this final day, as well as all the other key action that unfolds in the final day of the mini main event here on the blog.
