Wenchao Liu

Wenchao Liu raised to 2,200 from middle position and received a call from next-to-act Tianyi Ma, before cutoff Juncai Han three-bet to 11,000, and only Ma stuck around.

Both checked the A J 7 flop to the 8 turn, where Ma led for 10,500 and Han put in the call. Ma sized down to 4,500 on the 8 river and Han called, nodding his head as Ma turned over A Q , besting his Q Q .

Liu and button Daisuke Ogita then battled in a three-bet pot, where Liu led for 6,500 on the Q 9 4 flop before promptly folding and knocking the table when Ogita jammed.

Ogita then raised to 2,000 from the cutoff and Liu defended his big blind. Both checked the 5 9 6 flop and 9 turn, and on the 8 river Liu led for 3,000, promptly mucking when Ogita called.

Lin Zhao raised to 2,500 from the cutoff, and button Shinichiro Kano and small blind Liu got involved. Zhao and Liu both check-folded to Kano's 5,000 bet on the 9 8 5 flop.
