All You Need to Know Before Heading to APT Jeju 2025
APT Jeju 2025 – #APTJeju2025 runs from Friday, September 26 to Sunday, October 5 at the luxurious Jeju Shinhwa World resort in partnership with Landing Entertainment Korea.
The KRW 2.6 million (~USD 1,860) Main Event is the highlight of the ten-day festival, carrying a KRW 2.2 billion (~USD 1.5 million) guaranteed prize pool.
Across the full schedule of 103 events (including satellites), players will compete for nearly KRW 4.9 billion (~USD 3.4 million) in guaranteed prize money, making this stop one of the biggest on the APT 2025 calendar.
Adding to the excitement, seven seats to the USD 5 million guaranteed APT Championship (APTC) Main Event in Taipei (valued at USD 10,000 each) will be awarded.
The coveted tickets go to the top three finishers of the APT Jeju 2025 Main Event, plus the champions of the APT Super High Roller, APT High Roller, Superstar Challenge, and Zodiac Classic – Sponsored by Natural8.
There is also an opportunity for players competing in Event #44: NL - Hold'em - Sponsored by JOPT (JPY 1,450,000 ~ USD 9,700 added value) to claim some additional value with one of the APT’s official partners, the Japan Open Poker Tour (JOPT), who have a festival running in Tokyo from October 9-13:
- The winner of this event will receive a JOPT JPY 250,000 (~USD 1,700) ticket for NLH Crown (Oct 12).
- The top 30 finishers (including the winner), regardless of whether the event is in the money or not, will receive a JOPT JPY 40,000 (~USD 270) ticket for NLH Millions (9-10 Oct).
