Cheung Secures Career-Best Result in Event #73: Baby Superstar Challenge

Cheung scores huge as he takes down the Baby Superstar
Chung Ching Cheung emerged victorious in Event #73: Baby Superstar Challenge, navigating a 47-entry field to claim his third APT title. The Hong Kong pro collected KRW 204,637,500 (~USD 143,600), marking the largest live cash of his career and pushing his lifetime earnings beyond the USD 500,000 milestone.
Chang Hwan Lee finished second, coming up just short in his bid for a second APT title. The Japanese contender earned KRW 147,800,000 (~USD 103,719) for his deep run to heads up, adding another strong result to his growing résumé.
Vietnamese pro Toan Chan Truong rounded out the podium in third place, banking KRW 94,200,000 (~USD 66,105). Already boasting over USD 600,000 in live earnings, Truong was hunting for his first APT title but will take confidence from another high-profile final table appearance.
Other notables at the final table included former Main Event champions** Xixiang Luo** of China and Punnat Punsri of Thailand, both just missing out on top three finishes, finishing fifth and seventh respectively.

Hanh Extends Mixed-Game Reign in Event #74: 9-Game – High Roller

Hanh now has eight APT mixed games titles to his name
Tran Hanh reinforced his standing as one of the tour’s premier mixed-game specialists by capturing his eighth APT title in Event #74: 9-Game – High Roller. The Austrian topped an elite 31-entry field to secure the KRW 23,130,000 (~USD 16,231) first-place prize.
Second place went to Sparrow Cheung of Hong Kong, the Natural8 ambassador coming close to claiming his second win of the series before settling for KRW 19,770,000 (~USD 13,873). Patrick Quealy of the United States finished third, also narrowly missing out on his second title for the series and earning KRW 20,382,000 (~USD 14,303).

Homma Secures Maiden Title in Event #75: NL Hold’em / PL Omaha
Homma takes homma his first APT title
Yuki Homma claimed his first APT title with victory in Event #75: NL Hold’em / PL Omaha, topping a 39-entry field. The Japanese amateur took home the KRW 3,460,748 (~USD 2,428) for coming out on top.
Second place went to Xianming Zhai of China, who earned KRW 2,390,000 (~USD 1,677). **Man Ho Yuen **of Hong Kong completed the podium in third place, collecting KRW 1,520,000 (~USD 1,066) to round out the top three.

Ueda Makes Breakthrough in Event #76: Women’s Event – Fixed Limit Hold’em
Ueda's first record live cash is a victorious one
**Suzuka Ueda **recorded a memorable breakthrough by capturing her first APT title in Event #76: Women’s Event – Fixed Limit Hold’em. Entering the event with no prior live cashes to her name, the Japanese player topped an 11-entry field to secure KRW 1,690,281 (~USD 1,186), marking both her first recorded live cash and first APT victory.
Second place went to Yisha Chen of China, who earned KRW 1,130,000 (~USD 793). Japan’s Shiori Harada completed the podium in third place, collecting KRW 700,000 (~USD 491) to round out the final three.

Sorawit Suriyakarn Breaks Through in Event #78: Fixed Limit R-O-S-E-T

Suriyakarn finally grasps his first APT trophy
Sorawit Suriyakarn finally converted consistency into silverware in Event #78: Fixed Limit R-O-S-E-T, overcoming a 34-entry field to secure his maiden APT title. The Thai pro, who has amassed over USD 300,000 in live earnings, collected KRW 5,160,544 (~USD 3,621), bringing an end to a run of near misses across recent APT seasons.
Second place went to Australia’s John Charles Caridad, who continues to feature prominently at mixed-game final tables this series. His runner-up finish was worth KRW 3,550,000 (~USD 2,491). China’s Yang Lu completed the podium in third, earning KRW 2,270,000 (~USD 1,592).

Li Ends Two-Year Wait with Sixth Title in Event #79 Turbo – NLH

Li takes home his sixth APT title
Hong Kong pro Kwun Ngai Vincent Li ended a two-year title drought in APT titles,, topping a 71-entry field to secure his sixth APT title. Carrying over USD 1.2 million in live tournament earnings into the event, Li banked KRW 8,491,136 (USD 5,956) for this victory.
Fellow Hong Kong player Man Ho Yuen finished runner-up after a strong showing, taking home KRW 6,110,000 (USD 4,287), while Bocheng Zhang of China rounded out the podium in third place, earning KRW 3,970,000 (USD 2,785).

Ni reaches out and grabs his first APT title
Chinese amateur Wei Ni broke through for his first APT title in Event #80 Hyper Turbo – PL Omaha High, navigating a 44-entry field to emerge victorious in the fast-paced contest. Wei pocketed KRW 4,045,563 (USD 2,839) for the win.
He was joined at the top by fellow Chinese player Can Wu, who finished runner-up for KRW 4,045,563 (USD 2,839), while Daniel Adam Haywood of New Zealand completed the podium in third place, collecting KRW 2,110,000 (USD 1,480).

Nguyen Ends Long Title Drought with Third Crown in Event #81 Hyper Turbo – High Roller

Nguyen takes down his third APT title
Vietnamese pro Huu Dung Nguyen returned to the winner’s circle in Event #81 Hyper Turbo – High Roller, overcoming a 40-entry field to claim his third APT title — and his first since 2017. With over USD 2 million in live tournament earnings coming into the event, Nguyen secured KRW 17,620,000 (USD 12,364) for the victory.
China’s Che Pengyun put together a strong run to finish second, earning KRW 12,180,000 (USD 8,547), while Shojiro Morita of Japan completed the podium in third place with a payout of KRW 7,780,000 (USD 5,459).

Liu brings home his first APT title
Chinese grinder Tianyou Liu captured his first APT title in Event #82 Super Hyper Turbo – NLH, navigating a 53-entry field to secure the victory. Liu pocketed KRW 4,681,187 (USD 3,285) for the win, marking his first result on the APT circuit.
Compatriot Yuchen Jiang finished runner-up after a strong showing, earning KRW 3,380,000 (USD 2,372), while Chen Hao, also from China, rounded out the podium in third place with KRW 2,150,000 (USD 1,508).
