Contest Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility:
   1.1. Open to participants aged 21 or older at the time of entry.
   1.2 . Employees of the Asian Poker Tour, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
   
2. Contest Period:
   2.1. The contest begins on May 27, 2025, and ends at 7 pm (-8GMT) on July 10, 2025.
   2.2. Entries submitted after the contest period will not be considered.
   
3. How to Enter:
   3.1. Participants must complete the required contest entry steps specified on the standee banner displayed in the APT Booth at the Paris Hotel hallway
   3.2. Limit of one entry per person unless otherwise specified.
   
4. Entry Requirements:
   4.1. Entries must be original, relevant to the contest theme, and must not contain any offensive, illegal, or inappropriate content.
   4.2. By entering, participants grant the Asian Poker Tour the right to use their submissions in marketing and promotional materials.
   
5. Winner Selection:
   5.1. Ten lucky winners will be selected through a lucky draw.
   5.2. The winner will be notified through a social media announcement after the contest ends.
   5.3. For the avoidance of doubt, the Prizes and/or, to the extent applicable, all other items that may be given away as part of this Promotion (“Gifts”) are non-transferable and may not be given, assigned, transferred, sold to or exchanged with any other person(s). Failure to claim the Prize and/or Gift may result in us allocating it to a third party.
   5.4. Winners are not entitled nor authorized in any way to commit Asian Poker Tour to any contract, expense, or cost entered into or incurred without its advance written acceptance of the same.
   5.5. No Prize or Gift will be awarded to any Entrant who, for any reason, would not be allowed by applicable law to receive and/or use the Prize/Gift or where the supply of the Prize/Gift to that Entrant would be unlawful.
   5.6. Any Entrant in receipt of a Prize/Gift as part of this Promotion bears sole responsibility for all duties, taxes, or charges that may be payable to any relevant authority in relation to their receipt of the Prize/Gift in accordance with the law.
   
6. Prize:
   6.1. The prize is an APT Merch Bundle (Hoodie, T-shirt & Cap) and it is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
   6.2. Ten APT merch bundle will be awarded to 10 random entrants.
   Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to substitute the prize with one of equal or greater value if necessary.
   
7. Claiming the Prize:
   7.1. The winners may claim their prize at any upcoming APT 2025 event. Failure to do so may result in the forfeiture of the prize.
   
8. Publicity:
   8.1. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to allow the Asian Poker Tour to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
   
9. Disqualification:
   9.1. The Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms and conditions or tampers with the entry process.
   
10. General Conditions:
    10.1.The Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the contest at any time without prior notice.
    10.2. Participants agree to abide by these terms and conditions and the Asian Poker Tour's final and binding decisions.
    
11. Liability:
    11.1. The Asian Poker Tour is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost or delayed entries, or other issues beyond its control.
    11.2. By participating, entrants release the Asian Poker Tour from any liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of the prize.
