Haohui Ma needed to find a two-outer to survive, and found both of them to make quads!

Lei Zhang opened the hijack to 240,000 and Quang Minh Nguyen three-bet the button to 700,000. Ma then four-bet shoved for 1,240,000 from the small blind, which sent Zhang into the tank.

After burning through some extra time, Zhang folded, and Nguyen quickly called.

Zhang folded what he claimed was pocket jacks and was hoping not to see one on board. Ma was the at-risk player, but was a big favorite to survive after the 9 A 2 flop improved him to a set.

Just to add insult to injury for Nguyen, Ma drilled quads on the 9 turn to lock up the pot. Nguyen couldn't believe it, and after the T hit the river, he forked over the chips to Ma.
