Two players were in the hand Motokatsu Uhara in the big blind, and Seung Jae Park. Uhara took some time to think about his next action then decided to bet only 2,400 - a quarter of the pot.

Park took his time to consider his options. He finally made the call prompting Uhara to muck his hand. Park waited for the dealer to take the cards before pushing his own then scooping the pot.

Takahiro Seki opened to 1,200 from under the gun and Yao Chen, in middle position, called. Lifu Huang in the cutoff went beyond and made it 4,000.

Seki looked at his stack before making the call. Chen got out of the way. The flop came 4 4 K , which both players checked.

They continued to check the T turn leading them to a free river, which produced a Q .

Seki leaned forward and made his time cards within the dealer's reach to pick from freely. He only needed one, however, before shoving all his 13,900 chips in.

Huang asked for a count before surrendering his hand, and the pot, to Seki.

Heads-up to the flop of 6 6 9 with about 4,000 in the pot. Anucha Muandech checked from the small blind to Akihiro Hayashida, in late position, who bet out for 1,500.

Muandech made the call and the players saw the Q roll off on the turn. The action went check-check and the dealer flipped over the 4 as the river.

Muandech led out for 5,000 which sent Hayashida into the tank before he min-raised to 10,000. This sent Muandech into the tank before he then re-raised to 20,000. Hayashida went back briefly into the tank before he made the call, only to send his cards straight to the muck on seeing Muandech flip over Q Q for a turned full house, and Muandech was shipped the pot.

Seung Jae Park returned to the fray, this time, on a different table.

He had built a 6,000 pot with Takahiro Seki in the small blind and waited for the flop to be dealt. It showed 7 4 8 . Seki led out with 2,500, which Park called.

On the 2 turn, Seki fired another 3,000 and Park hung on.

On the river Q , Seki fired 12,000. Park looked uncertain. This was after all his third bullet. He picked the chips out and continued thinking. Finally, he threw them in for a call.

Seki tabled 9 8 for a flopped pair. Relieved, Park opened one card – a T , to show his four-card flush but was asked to show the other which was an A .

Phanlert Sukonthachartnant made it 1,200 to play from late position and found a call from Lukasz Matuszek in the big blind.

The action went check, check on the J Q 9 flop for the dealer to roll off the 9 as the turn.

Matuszek led out for 1,000 and Sukonthachartnant made the call. The 6 peeled off on the river and both players checked. Sukonthachartnant tabled A K , which had Matuszek's A 7 crushed and Sukonthachartnant was shipped the pot.

Dmitrii Andreev opened to 1,300 from under the gun and after action folded to the blinds, Yuan Tai Hsu in the small, and Kazuki Koyama in the big blind, called.

The flop spread T J A . After the blinds tapped, Andreev continued with 2,600. Hsu and Koyama wanted to see more.

The turn 4 had the same dynamic and with action on him, Andreev kept the heat up with a 10,500 bet. Unfazed, Hsu called. Koyama looked up – visibly thinking.

He checked Hsu's stack, then Andreev's, and spent a time card to think further. After a small sigh, he surrendered his hand.

The river 4 fell and the remaining players checked. Hsu turned over Q 9 for a busted straight draw prompting the dealer to push the pot towards Andreev for a flopped straight with K Q .

Gosuke Harada opened to 1,000 from the cutoff and found calls from Antoine Priniotakis in the small blind and Yue Sun in the big blind.

The flop came 2 4 3 and it was checked to Harada who continued for 1,800 and found two callers.

The players checked down the K turn to see the 9 peel off on the river.

Again it was checked to Harada who fired off a river bet of 8,500, which quickly found two folds and Harada was pushed the pot.

Konstantin Solovev opened from late position and both blinds, Lee in the small and Le Zhao in big,called to see a flop.

The flop came 7 Q 2 . After the blinds checked, Solovev continued with 2,000. Once again Lee and Zhao chimed in.

All three knuckled the 3 turn leading them to the A river.

Lee led with a 3,800 bet which was enough to take the pot down.

Players are now on their second 15-minute break of the day.

Kazuki Koyama

Lukasz Matuszek limped from the cutoff only for Yuan Tai Hsu to raise to 1,600 from the button. Kazuki Koyama, sat in the small, blind then three-bet to 4,000.

Matuszek exited stage left and Hsu made the call.

The flop came 8 3 J and Koyama fired out for 2,000. Hsu flat-called.

The Q peeled off on the turn and Koyama loaded up a second barrel of 7,500 and fired it off; Hsu made the call once more.

On the 2 river Koyama slowed down and checked it to Hsu, who thought briefly before he moved all-in for about 25,000. Koyama didn't take long and mucked his hand to send the pot to Hsu with no showdown.
