Contest Terms and Conditions

The following are the rules ("Rules") of the "APT Championship 2026 x WSOP Livestream Contest" (the "Promotion"), as organized by the operator ("Asian Poker Tour" / "APT" / "we" / "our" / "us") of the internet site found at www.APT.poker.

Any entrant ("Entrant" / "you" / "your") who wishes to participate in the Promotion hereby agrees to: (i) these Rules and (ii) the Asian Poker Tour (APT) Terms and Conditions, and agrees to be unconditionally bound by all of the same (collectively, the "Agreement") in order to participate in this Promotion.

1. Details of Promotion

1.1 This Promotion will run from May 26, 2026 to July 15, 2026 (the "Duration") and is associated with the APT Championship 2026 and APT's partnership with WSOP livestream coverage.

1.2 To take part in the Promotion during the Duration, Entrants must create and post any lion-inspired image on Facebook, Instagram, or X. The image may include, but is not limited to, an APT Lion Trophy, lion artwork, lion statue, digital design, or other lion-themed creative.

1.3 Each entry post must include both hashtags: #APTContest and #APTC2026.

1.4 Entries must be posted publicly so that APT can verify the entry. Private posts, deleted posts, posts with missing hashtags, or posts that cannot be reasonably verified by APT may be deemed ineligible.

1.5 Entrants may submit multiple entries, provided each entry is unique and complies with these Rules. Duplicate, spam, or substantially repetitive entries may be disqualified at APT's sole discretion.

1.6 Entries submitted before or after the Duration will not be considered.

2. Prize Description and Restrictions

2.1 One winner will receive a prize package valued at up to USD 15,000, consisting of:

a) One USD 10,000 APT Championship 2026 Main Event seat; and

b) Up to USD 5,000 in travel and lodging support, consisting of up to USD 2,000 for flights and up to USD 3,000 for lodging.

2.2 The APT Championship 2026 Main Event seat is valid only for the APT Championship 2026 Main Event and may not be exchanged for cash, assigned, transferred, sold, or used for any other event unless otherwise approved in writing by APT.

2.3 Travel and lodging support is capped at the amounts stated above and may be provided either as reimbursement or arranged directly by APT, at APT's sole discretion. Any unused portion of the travel and lodging support will not be paid out as cash.

2.4 The winner is responsible for all additional costs not expressly included in the prize package, including but not limited to visas, travel documents, insurance, meals, local transport, taxes, duties, personal expenses, and any costs exceeding the stated caps.

2.5 APT does not guarantee visa approval or travel eligibility. The winner is solely responsible for ensuring that they are legally able to travel to and participate in APT Championship 2026.

2.6 APT reserves the right to substitute the prize, or any part of it, with a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

3. Winner Selection

3.1 The winner may be selected based on creativity, originality, promotional impact, or a combination of judging criteria determined by APT.

3.2 APT's decision regarding winner selection, eligibility, judging criteria, and prize awarding is final and binding.

3.3 The winner will be announced by APT through its official channels and/or contacted directly by APT.

3.4 If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within the period specified by APT, cannot verify eligibility, or cannot accept the prize for any reason, APT reserves the right to select an alternate winner.

4. Eligibility

4.1 All Entrants must be 18 years of age or of the applicable legal age of majority in the jurisdiction in which they reside, whichever is greater, at the time of entry.

4.2 Entrants may be asked at any stage to provide APT or its designated third party with proof of age, identity, and eligibility. Entrants must be able to present a valid passport or other valid government-issued photo ID to verify their age and identity to the reasonable satisfaction of APT.

4.3 Employees and relatives of employees of Asian Poker Tour and any entities affiliated or related to Asian Poker Tour, as well as third-party contractors, partners, suppliers, and agencies involved in the Promotion, are not permitted to participate. For these purposes, the term "relative" shall mean spouse, partner, parent, child, or sibling.

4.4 Entrants are responsible for ensuring their participation is lawful in their jurisdiction. No prize will be awarded to any Entrant who, for any reason, would not be allowed by applicable law to receive and/or use the prize.

5. Entry Requirements and Content Rights

5.1 Entries must be original or used with the Entrant's full rights and permissions. Entrants must not submit content that infringes any copyright, trademark, personality right, privacy right, or any other third-party right.

5.2 Entries must not contain offensive, defamatory, obscene, illegal, discriminatory, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate content.

5.3 By entering, Entrants grant APT a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive right to repost, share, publish, display, edit, adapt, and use their entry, name, social media handle, likeness, and submitted content for marketing, livestream, website, social media, promotional, and related purposes without additional compensation.

5.4 APT reserves the right to feature selected entries on livestream, website, social media, or other campaign materials, regardless of whether the Entrant is selected as the winner.

5.5 APT reserves the right to remove, reject, or disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Rules or that APT considers unsuitable at its sole discretion.

6. Conduct of Entrants

6.1 If APT becomes aware of any fraud, deceit, misconduct, dishonesty, manipulation, artificial engagement, purchased followers, bot activity, hashtag abuse, or similar action concerning participation in the Promotion, APT reserves the absolute right to disqualify the Entrant or invalidate the entry.

6.2 Entrants must not submit multiple entries through fake accounts, impersonate another person, or use automated methods to participate.

6.3 If misconduct is discovered after a prize has been awarded, the Entrant may be required, upon demand, to return the prize or provide compensation to APT.

6.4 APT reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary against any Entrant found to be in breach of these Rules, the APT Terms and Conditions, or any applicable laws or regulations.

7. Claiming the Prize

7.1 The winner must provide all information reasonably required by APT to verify eligibility and arrange the prize.

7.2 Failure to provide accurate information, complete verification, or respond within the claim period specified by APT may result in disqualification and forfeiture of the prize.

7.3 The prize must be used for APT Championship 2026, unless otherwise approved in writing by APT.

7.4 The winner is responsible for any taxes, duties, charges, or reporting obligations that may arise from receiving or using the prize.

8. Health, Safety, and Travel

8.1 The winner must comply with all health, safety, venue, event, and tournament rules and instructions issued by APT, venue operators, or any applicable authority.

8.2 The winner must take all reasonable steps to ensure their own health and safety when travelling to or participating in APT Championship 2026.

8.3 APT reserves the right to withhold or cancel the prize if, in its sole opinion, the winner may expose themselves or others to risk, or may disrupt, cancel, or curtail the event or Promotion.

9. Limitations of Liability

9.1 By participating in the Promotion, Entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless Asian Poker Tour, its legal representatives, affiliates, subsidiaries, agencies, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any costs, expenses, damages, losses, claims, actions, or proceedings arising from participation in the Promotion or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

9.2 APT is not responsible for technical failures, lost or delayed entries, unavailable social media posts, incorrect hashtags, deleted posts, platform outages, errors, omissions, or other issues beyond its reasonable control.

9.3 APT shall not be liable for failure to perform any obligation under the Promotion where it is unable to do so as a result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

10. Data Collection and Privacy

10.1 APT may collect and process personal data provided by Entrants or otherwise necessary for verification, winner selection, prize fulfilment, and promotional administration.

10.2 Personal data will be handled in accordance with APT's Privacy Policy.

10.3 By participating, Entrants acknowledge that their name, social media handle, submitted content, and entry may be publicly displayed or used for promotional purposes in accordance with these Rules.

11. Miscellaneous

11.1 In case of disputes or disagreements concerning any aspect of this Promotion, including but not limited to eligibility, entries, judging, winner selection, prize awarding, these Rules, or any applicable terms, the final decision shall lie with APT and shall be final and binding.

11.2 APT reserves the right, at any time, to alter these Rules, cancel, modify, or suspend the Promotion without prior notice if, in its sole discretion, APT believes the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.

11.3 Any changes to the Promotion shall be made available through APT's official channels or contest materials where practicable. Continued participation in the Promotion shall be deemed acceptance of any changes.
