HR MANAGER
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to lead our human resources functions, ensuring a positive and efficient workplace. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
- Manage performance appraisal systems.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
- Handle compensation and benefits programs.
- Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Oversee payroll processing and management.
- Monitor HR metrics and analytics to optimize workforce planning and efficiency.
- Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and technologies to enhance HR functions.
- Oversee disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in a legally compliant manner.
- Develop tools to enhance and optimize productivity of employees.
Office Administration:
- Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and safe work environment.
- Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance and facility-related concerns.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role covering the full HR spectrum.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR software systems.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
- Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
