HR MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in alignment with company goals.
  • Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and development.
  • Manage performance appraisal systems.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry best practices.
  • Handle compensation and benefits programs.
  • Design and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
  • Oversee payroll processing and management.
  • Monitor HR metrics and analytics to optimize workforce planning and efficiency.
  • Stay updated on HR trends, regulations, and technologies to enhance HR functions.
  • Oversee disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations in a legally compliant manner.
  • Develop tools to enhance and optimize productivity of employees.

Office Administration:

  • Oversee office operations, ensuring a well-organized, efficient, and safe work environment.
  • Manage office budgets, expenses, and procurement of supplies and equipment.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management for office maintenance and facility-related concerns.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as an HR Manager or in a similar leadership role covering the full HR spectrum.
  • Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and HR software systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making capabilities.
  • Certification in HR (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
