Eligibility:

Open to all participants who are members of the APT Discord server aged 21 or older at the time of entry..

Employees of The Asian Poker Tour, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

Giveaway Period:

The giveaway runs from February 12 to 16, 2025.

Entries submitted after 11:59 PM (+8 GMT) on February 16 will not be considered.

How to Enter:

Share your biggest APT event wishlist in the #giveaway channel—whether it’s your dream destination, winning a trophy, or anything else.

Winner Selection:

Two (2) winners will be randomly selected daily via a lucky draw.

Each entry is valid for the duration of the giveaway, but participants can only win once.

Winners will be announced on Discord and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize.

Prizes:

Each winner will receive 1 Month of Free Discord Nitro.

Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

The Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Claiming the Prize:

Winners must confirm their eligibility and provide necessary details within 48 hours of being announced.

Failure to claim the prize within the given timeframe will result in forfeiture.

Publicity:

By participating, winners agree to allow The Asian Poker Tour to use their Discord username and entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation.

Disqualification:

The Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to disqualify any participant who violates these terms or tampers with the entry process.

General Conditions:

The Asian Poker Tour reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the giveaway at any time without prior notice.

Participants agree to abide by these Terms & Conditions and the final and binding decisions of The Asian Poker Tour.

Liability:

The Asian Poker Tour is not responsible for technical malfunctions, lost/delayed entries, or other issues beyond its control.

By participating, entrants release The Asian Poker Tour from any liability arising from participation in the giveaway or acceptance of the prize.
