We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Poker Operations Manager to help oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of our poker festivals. This role requires expertise in event organization, financial management, security oversight, team coordination and importantly, poker knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the integration, development, and use of tournament software.
  • Develop reporting tools to improve efficiency in poker festivals and registrations.
  • Manage the player database.
  • Oversee inventory, cost management, and the ordering process for Poker Operations.
  • Develop long-term purchase, storage, and equipment solutions.
  • Forecast costs and optimize resource allocation.
  • Oversee security integration for Poker Operations.
  • Manage all Poker Operations-related website content.
  • Maintain rules, terms, conditions, and training guidelines.
  • Handle Operations-related support inquiries in conjunction with the Support team.
  • Manage and coordinate Operations staff logistics.
  • Additional duties as assigned by Senior Management.

Event Responsibilities:

  • Daily coordination with Dealer Coordinator, Chip Controller and Senior Management.
  • Provide daily reports to Senior Management on festival progress.
  • Overall monitoring of Operations within the Festival, in association with the Tournament Director, to maintain high standards and quality player experience.
  • Ensure proper execution of sponsor initiatives within Poker Operations.
  • Observe and provide feedback for tournament staff to improve training and skills.
  • Collect player feedback during festivals and prepare daily surveys for player input.

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Proven experience in poker operations.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Proficiency with data reporting and analysis tools.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Excellent MS Office skills, specifically Excel.
  • Travel is required.
