The goal today for the 88 remaining players is to land that first big payout of the festival, the USD 19,050 first place purse. Entering the field as the overall chip leader is New Zealand’s Murray Poole with an arsenal of 183,200. Only 36 players will reach the money with payouts starting at USD 540. Cards are in the air at 1pm.
You can watch the Final 8 action of this event live in the APT Twitch channel. There will be a 30 minute delay.

A third of the prize pool will go directly to the charitable organization. Game time is at 5pm.
