289 original entries registered to play in the APT-RWM Poker Finale 2014 Main Event and only 36 players remain in contention for the APT title this week at Resorts World Manila (RWM) in Pasay City, Philippines.
Leading the pack are Mike Takayama from the Philippines and Norbert Koh from Singapore who has hauled in the biggest amount of chips after Day 2 with 529,000 and 445,000, respectively.
A few others are already short-stacked but will be playing loose because everyone is already In The Money; the worst finisher of the day will net PHP 90,000 and by end of Day 3, only eight will remain for the Final Table of the last main event of the APT season. The main event champion is set to receive PHP 3.18M.
