With the attendance of 227 players, the Asian Poker Tour successfully conquered  Resorts World Manila last August 23-29, 2010. Local poker player Michael Cua, APT Philippines 2010 Main Event Champion, won US $172,200 and an APT Macau seat worth US $4,500.

Players from all over the Philippines and around the world gathered in Manila in January of 2009 for the return of the Asian Poker Tour's annual event. The big winner was local poker pro Neil Arce, who took down the US $185,000 first prize.

In August 2009, the Asian Poker Tour held a twelve-day festival of poker featuring a big main event and some of the most innovative side events ever seen in Asia.
